How does Airbnb Management work?

Once you’ve filled out the FREE Airbnb Valuation form, we will review your property/application and do a small amount of background research so that we can provide you with a quick estimate for your property.

We’ll then get in touch to let you know how much your property could make you on a monthly basis and will look to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.

Contract Signed / Onboarding

Once you have read over the management contract, signed the agreement and are happy to proceed, we will start the onboarding process.

The onboarding process includes gathering all the necessary information about your property, setting up the property so that it is optimised for short-term lets and making sure the property complies with all legal requirements. Once onboarding is complete, we will start to market the property and get you your first bookings!

Once we have viewed your property and we are happy with the standard of property and both happy to work together, we will send our management contract.

This contract will include our management terms, the fees we charge and our plans for any work needed that we’ll complete on your behalf if pre-agreed.

We are very flexible when it comes to terms and welcome any suggestions from landlords.

 Marketing & Optimisation

Once onboarding is complete and the property is set up on all the necessary systems, we will start to market the property and optimise all the OTA (online travel agent) listings on your behalf.

Your property will be marketed across all our direct platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and of course direct email marketing to our mailing list of over 2000 guests!
